Banyule District Scouts is growing, as we provide the Scouting experience from 6 year old Joey Scouts, through Cub Scouts, Scouts, Venturers and Rovers up to age 26! We also provide Leadership opportunities for adults in the Youth Sections and in District roles as well.

9 Feb, 2013 - We've had a few changes in District Personnel - See them on the District page. Also, we have some changes to our Scout Groups. 1st West Heidelberg has now been renamed to Heidelberg and has a new website to match. Also, 1st Ivanhoe has moved to the Hawker St Scout Hall. Finally, the changes have also resulted in an update to our District Scout Groups map. See it all on the Scout Groups page.

February 2009 - Relaunch of Banyule District Scouts website
October 2008 - The Chief Commissioners Award was introduced in 2008, and is awarded to Districts and Groups that have achieved an increase in numbers of at least 10% in the last 12 months. Our District won this Award, along with 7 of our Groups - Bundoora, 1st Greenhills, 1st/2nd Greensborough, 2nd Ivanhoe, Montmorency, Rosanna and Viewbank.
